Discovered at the Song Festival in Innsbruck, Austria in 1968 by the record label Barclay, he began his recording career in 1969 with his first single "Oh Lady Mary," which achieved considerable success in France and Europe. The record sold over a million copies. Then came many other popular hits until his departure to the United States in 1979, where he started a family and continued his music production. Our current compilation brings together, for the first time, all the French recordings from Riviera / Philips released between 1969 and 1975.
