Description
Cookie's Fortune is an American film directed by Robert Altman, released in 1999. The story follows a dysfunctional family in the small town of Holly Springs, Mississippi, when a conflict erupts after the death of an elderly woman, triggering various reactions among family members and friends. The film's music was composed by David A. Stewart, who is best known for Eurythmics. He won the Brit Award for Best British Producer in 1986, 1987, and 1990 and was inducted into the Songwriters Hall of Fame in 2020, alongside Eurythmics member Annie Lennox.
