Written as the sonic journal of a pilot lost in space, Departures & Arrivals evokes wandering, homesickness, and resilience. Produced by Harding himself in Adrian Quesada’s studio (Black Pumas), the album unfolds across a wide musical spectrum: cosmic soul, socially conscious disco, baroque pop, vintage psych - driven by string arrangements by Steve Hackman (Doja Cat, AndrewBird). Tracks like "True Love Can't Be Blind", "Time" or "The Power" combine groove, raw emotion, and universal reach. In France, Curtis Harding has won over a loyal audience since Face Your Fear (2017), with several sold-out dates at La Cigale, Le Trianon, and a standout performance at Rock en Seine. His previous album If Words Were Flowers (2021) was praised by French media (FIP, Télérama, Libération). He will be at the Olympia (Paris) on October 28, 2025.
