A beautiful revolution (pt1)

Description

In line with his ideals, Common, the famous rapper, activist, actor, and bestselling author of the New York Times, multi-award winner (Grammy, Emmy, and Oscar), was inspired to create two EPs of what he calls "Music in Motion." This is music created to uplift, heal, and inspire anyone facing racial and social injustices. He states: "It's like an affirmation, a recognition, an elevation. Because in reality, there is still a long way to go (...). This is the beginning of a new movement that will endure even after November 3rd (the day of the American elections)." On February 5, 2021, the first EP of this new musical project "A Beautiful Revolution Pt 1" will be released, featuring musicians Robert Glasper (keys), Karriem Riggins (drums), Burniss Travis (bass), Isaiah Sharkey (guitar), and PJ (vocals). There are also prestigious guests such as Lenny Kravitz and Stevie Wonder.
