Rhythmed by the several rounds of the verbal battle between Sheryo and Sadik Asken, both sides see many future legends cross paths. The first voice to resonate is that of Diam’s and the first track brings together none other than Lunatic and Ärsenik.
Needless to say, in terms of foundations, Sang d’Encre stands strong. The mixtape is not "vibed" like those of DJs, but truly animated, in a pure radio spirit. Thus, JP Seck gently welcomes his listeners on the beat of "Dead presidents," which then serves as background sound for Sear, Mark, Yasmina, and Olivier Cachin. These various breaths, some amusing, create a delicate setting in which the bloody performances of Rohff, Rim’k, Ekoué, LIM are all the more striking. The result is a mixtape that carries weight, akin to the "big pig track" by Driver and Dezé, an unforgettable humorous peak.
