For every annoying TikTok meme-style beat, there are standout moments like the synth-pop of "Party" by Planet 1999, the makina nod of "Burnnn" by Lil Data, or the classy pop anthem "Skin 2 Skin" by Hyd, and at its best, A.G. Cook recycling his studio work with Charli XCX on the ultra-detailed track "Xcxoplex."
