Vehicle

Description

Vehicle is the first album by The Clean, nearly 8 years after their formation and their first split. This box set also includes live tracks recorded at the Fullham Greyhound on 13/07/88 during the band’s reunion tour in the UK and Europe. It was during this tour that Rough Trade founder Geo Travis saw the band perform and offered to record the band’s new songs. Vehicle confirmed that The Clean were not only a band worth reforming to play live, but also a band still capable of writing quality jangle pop, synonymous with Flying Nun and The Clean.
