Naïri is the ancient territory of Armenia.
Claude Tchamitchian evokes it through three suites composed in the spirit of the tales sung, recited, and spread by the Aèdes.
These suites evoke an imaginary that dates back to the dawn of time, to the origin of forgotten mythologies that are still present within us.
Composed for a small ensemble, he collaborates here with musicians, true storytellers, who have a strong connection to their culture and possess a depth of expression suited to the narration of this project. And it seemed obvious to him to create this music with Catherine Delaunay and Pierrick Hardy.
