In terms of musical performance, Charlie Bereal has done it all. With over 20 years of experience, he has played and written for some of the biggest hip-hop and R'n'B artists of our time (JAY-Z, Aaliyah, Snoop Dogg, and Missy Elliot, to name just a few). Today, he is stepping it up and focusing on his career as a solo artist. Charlie is reissuing his second album titled 11-11-11 through Karma Chief and Colemine Records. Originally released in 2019, 11-11-11 was recorded during a few laid-back evenings in Los Angeles. Charlie invited his friends Jairus Mozee and Raphael Saadiq to join him in the studio, and the trio began to jam. This flexible approach, combined with Charlie's masterful production, resulted in a psychedelic blend of original R&B that evokes Sly and the Family Stone or Funkadelic.
