Description
Born in Navrongo, Ghana, he lived in South Africa and then in Mayotte, before landing in mainland France 9 years later. Along the way, he sang in a church choir in Cape Town, took clarinet and saxophone lessons, modulated his voice while listening to the great names of folk music, from Tracy Chapman to Ben Harper, learned French in middle school but also by immersing himself in the lyrics of Serge Gainsbourg and Jacques Brel.
