Cavale

Description

In 1971, in a dusty room at the Chelsea Hotel, behind a screen of nicotine, Patti Smith and Sam Shepard scratch out pieces of paper that will soon become the sultry play "Cowboy Mouth." At the center of this story of motels and electrifying guitars, the character of CAVALE emerges, dazzling, like the obviousness of a lightning strike. In 2019, Cavale is reborn as a modern-day Amazon and strikes with powerful and unapologetic pop. CAVALE finishes her first EP, written and produced by the strength of her instinct, hard work, and determination. This EP is recorded and produced in London by Jules Appolinaire (Findlay, Sophie & the Giants, Suki Waterhouse, Wanton Bishop...). With radiant energy, she invites us to dive into her wild, committed tracks, and into the most delightful aspects of indie-pop. Cavale is the adventure of liberation, a fight carried out with head held high and a smile at the corner of the eye.
