Fourth album by Canadian Calvin Love, inspired by Roy Orbison and Bryan Ferry, and produced by Richard Swift (The Shins, The Black Keys) and Gus Seyffert (Beck, Roger Waters). Active since 2011, Love has tirelessly toured across Canada, the United States, Europe, and Asia, notably opening for Jonathan Wilson, Weyes Blood, and Of Montreal. He is currently on tour with Mattiel. He emerges from the same dynamic Canadian scene as his contemporaries Andy Shauf, Mac Demarco, and Sean Nicholas Savage. He has established himself as a singer of rare caliber by blending an obsession with the beauty of artifice and the inner workings of real and natural things; it is this infallible correspondence that makes Love's work so strange and inviting.
