Caïman is at the confluence of space folk and earthy rock music. Chloé Serme-Morin has found the fascinating hue of the depths, the echoes of 70s rock, and the particular light of chiaroscuro in the range of possibilities painted by Tommy Rizzitelli and Jonathan Mathis, with a strong emphasis on drums, bass, Moog, and other satellite instruments. The three of them gravitate around the same nebula, that of instinctive and unadorned music. It is the alignment of their respective planets that makes their three-headed hydra so unique: Caïman weaves, in French, sometimes into abandoned underground territories, sometimes into astral and electric wanderings, and sometimes into a sober and direct urgency to express.
