Within this collection, discover Claudio Abbado's interpretation of Ravel's 'Daphnis et Chloé', 'Pavane', and Debussy's 'Trois Nocturnes', performed with the Boston Symphony Orchestra. Two sessions were necessary for Claudio Abbado and the Boston Symphony Orchestra in February 1970 to get the recording "in the can." Their interpretation of Debussy's Trois Nocturnes, Ravel's Daphnis et Chloé suite, and his Pavane pour une infante défunte has become a classic. This copy will be released as a limited deluxe gatefold and numbered edition on 180g vinyl, including: ? original cover art and liner notes, ? additional photos and facsimiles of recording protocols, ? a tape box, ? text explaining the exact technical context. 'The Original Source Series': The famous Emil Berliner Studios have remastered and assembled the original four-track tapes in 100% analog (AAA) quality using technologies specially developed for the production of the series.
