A quarter of a century after their debut in 1998, No Fear of Time finally brings together one of the greatest hip-hop duos of all time, Black Star. The group members, Yasiin Bey (formerly Mos Def) and Talib Kweli, first joined forces to produce their iconic album, Mos Def and Talib Kweli are Black Star, which quickly became one of the most revered works in hip-hop and propelled both stars, already on the rise, into the stratosphere. Although each of them has since achieved success and recognition in their individual careers, they had never reunited to create a follow-up to that album, until now. Entirely produced by the renowned beatmaker Madlib, No Fear of Time has a futuristic vibe with a vintage soul. The 9-track album was recorded guerrilla-style in hotels and lodges around the world, and initially had an exclusive digital release in 2022. Today, the album is officially available in physical format for fans around the world to embrace and enjoy the triumphant return of Black Star.
