La grande désillusion - Édition 1

Description

“La grande désillusion is not just a philosophy... It’s a reality.” After a busy year in 2022 (the release of his EP “Vous êtes pas contents ? Triplé !”, a sold-out concert at the Elysée Montmarte, the BET Award trophy for Best International Flow...) Benjamin Epps unveils his first album, “La grande désillusion”. Definitely musical, this project shows the breadth of the young rapper’s influences and cultural richness, as he delivers his raw and sharp взгляд on the world around him, accompanied by a cast of guests as eclectic as it is impressive: Josman, MC Solaar, Styles P, Angélique Kidjo, and Lino. If death, violence, and the failures of those close to him are omnipresent themes that he addresses through impressive technique, flawless writing, and punchlines only he has the secret to, Eppsito manages to rekindle his hopes, revive his dreams, and present work as an escape route, passion as an outlet... With this album, Benjamin Epps sorts through his questions, with only one certainty: his love of hip-hop.
