The legend of Legacy

Description

The Legend of Legacy is composer Masashi Hamauzu’s latest contribution to an RPG (SaGa Frontier 2, Final Fantasy X, Final Fantasy XIII). For this highly anticipated soundtrack, Hamauzu called on close musicians such as violinist Hijiri Kuwano and German pianist Benyamin Nuss to translate into music a world that is always on the border between darkness and light. Composed in close collaboration with the game’s director Masataka Matsuura, a longtime fan of Hamauzu, this double disc will delight both fans of his classical style and fans of the electronic sound, sometimes ethereal, sometimes dynamic, of his more recent work. The twelve-page booklet has been completely revised and translated into English.
