BabySolo33 has only one goal: to immerse us in her world, in order to grasp her deepest emotions. Like a sincere ode to the diary, set to music by a soft voice, almost always autotuned, the artist moves forward. She borrows from rap its honesty and sense of verse, from French chanson its unifying pianos and popular melodies, and from raggaeton its melancholic energy. After two years of artistic experimentation and writing, punctuated by a few singles, BabySolo33 is back with her new project: Life Of Giulietta. The artist chooses no longer to hide behind her pseudonym — here, she reveals herself under her real first name, Giulia. With Life of Giulietta, BabySolo33 chooses to move away from electronic sounds and return to more organic, more romantic textures. Very influenced by the French pop of France Gall, Dalida or Alizée and the Italian songs of her childhood, where piano and brass are omnipresent, BBS draws on this musical heritage to nourish her project.
