Hombre de Piedra presents itself as a kaleidoscopic soundtrack, ranging from B-movie lounge (as in the eponymous title) to bluesy dubstep in Invitame. Axel takes the opportunity to settle old debts with rockabilly (Tiempo y Tierra), spaghetti western (Mosquito), Balkan jubilation (Changarín), and even the dancefloor (Lo tendré que adivinar). In addition to Axel Krygier's usual accomplices (see below), we encounter the voices of his compatriot Daniel Melingo and the French Judah Warsky (who was part of his band a few years ago). Recorded in Buenos Aires, this new album by Axel Krygier once again demonstrates his incredible talent for surprise.
