Floating On A Dream

Description

The Californian singer-songwriter Avi Kaplan presents us with Floating On A Dream, his first solo album. His widescreen Americana, with wonderful arrangements featuring piano, pedal steel, and harmonies, evokes the soundtrack of an imaginary John Ford film. Known in particular for his involvement in the a cappella vocal group Pentatonix, he later returned to his first love, folk. In 2020, he released I'll Get By, a highly acclaimed first EP.
