Tempo Altro brings Stefano Mainetti back to his original instrument and, in doing so, shapes a self-portrait in fifteen stages covering nearly half a century, from 1977 to 2025. Pages designed for the concert hall, theater, cinema, and television, along with new compositions and traces drawn from the experience of augmented music, converge into a guitarist's universe where Iberian and Latin American roots intertwine with Italian cantabile and personal memory. This is not just a simple retrospective gathering, but a coherent restitution of a poetics of memories, formal brevity, and timbral light, where the guitar once again becomes a place of intimacy, storytelling, and contemporary invention.
