Created under the reign of Henry VI in the 15th century, it continues to perform every week in the College’s magnificent chapel. It is also a reason for being and a fascinating musical path for around thirty student choristers who, moreover, study at the prestigious university. The quality of the training provided leads some of these students each year to embark on a real professional career, and it is not uncommon to find former King's College students among active singers.
