Levelling The Land 35th Anniversary Edition

Description

Recorded in the summer of 1991 at Ridge Farm studios in Surrey and produced by Al Scott, Levelling The Land is one of the iconic albums of the British folk rock scene of the 90s. Driven by the hits One Way, Fifteen Years and Far From Home, as well as essential tracks such as The Game, The Boatman, Liberty Song, The Riverflow and Battle Of The Beanfield, the album celebrates its 35th anniversary with a new mix of the original album by Al Scott. This 3CD edition goes far beyond the album with a second disc bringing together B-sides and numerous outtakes, then a third disc devoted to demos of the album’s 11 tracks, offering a complete dive into the making of this Levellers classic and the evolution of the songs up to their final version.
