Here Come The Waterworks

Description

Husha Husha's debut album, Here Come The Waterworks, is a heartfelt collection of cosmic lullabies, carefully crafted to accompany slow mornings, calm afternoons, restorative naps, and the sweetest dreams. The album unfolds through gentle repetitions and wandering melodies, woven with ethereal and curious sounds. It is music by humans for humans, rich in delicate Wurlitzer, airy strings, whispered brass, and dreamy electronics. Organic sounds for nourishing sleep and a healthy imagination. Drawing from the meditative grace of kankyo ongaku, the magic of Icelandic folktronica, classical ambient traditions, and the nostalgic warmth of The World of Peter Rabbit, Husha Husha's musical universe feels both timeless and refreshingly original. The album title, Here Come The Waterworks, pays homage not only to the telling signals our bodies send when it's time to rest but also to Brian Eno's iconic album, "Warm Jets," which bridges ambient exploration and childhood wonder. It is a gentle invitation to soften, embrace rest, and dream big.
