THE PLECTRUM ORCHESTRA OF THE SOUTHWEST L'OAPSO was created in 2007 in Tarbes by Maryse and Alain Sérès, who were leading a mandolin ensemble and wished to broaden the repertoire while bringing together mandolinists and guitarists from the Greater Southwest.
