Seventeen years after his first recording dedicated to Schubert, which was critically acclaimed, the virtuoso pianist ARCADI VOLODOS returns to the composer with a program dedicated to the great Sonata D 959. This recording is, in fact, the last testament of his interpretation of the work, which he has now stopped performing in concert, and of which Diapason wrote that it "flows naturally and resonates with grandeur [...] its immaculate grace touching the heart."
