Antonio Vivaldi

Vivaldi - Corelli, 4 CD

Description

This VIVALDI/CORELLI/BEYER box set brings together the performances by Amandine Beyer and the ensemble Gli Incogniti of major works by two Italian composers, Vivaldi and Corelli. Once again, Amandine Beyer shows both her exceptional talent as a violinist and as a “band leader,” giving works illustrating the art of the concerto at the beginning of the 18th century, as well as a certain Italian vocality, a particularly happy and invigorating interpretation. The CDs gathered in this box set have all been unanimously praised by the press.
