Description

Released in 1985, Spreading the Disease is Anthrax’s second album. To celebrate the album’s 30th anniversary, it was remastered by Charlie Benante (Anthrax’s drummer). It is the first album the band recorded with Joey Belladonna, their new singer. Although thrash metal, it is still strongly influenced by the heavy metal scene of the time. It includes Madhouse, their first hit. The bonus CD contains recordings previously unreleased to this day.
