Flutist Annarella Sörlin (based in Örebro) and ngoni master Django Diabaté (originally from Mali, residing in Senegal) present their exciting musical encounter, which will release its first album "Jouer" on October 25. The duo met in the fall of 2022 while both were on a European tour with the Wau Wau Collectif. Annarella and Django immediately discovered that the blend of their very different instruments (Swedish flute and West African string instrument) created something special and unique. Like an inventive musical piece that transcends borders and cultures.
