Tablature of Jean de Lublin The tablature of Jean de Lublin is preserved at the Polish Academy of Arts and Sciences and is one of the most important sources of our European musical heritage. The manuscript dates from the years 1537–1540. For the first time, the color and beauty of the music written by Joannis de Lublin, in the heart of the 16th century, comes to life. Composed during the period of the First Polish Republic, the collection is the largest organ tablature in the world, after that of the Vatican, and one of the most important sources of European music.
