Le roi des ruines

Description

Le roi des ruines, album concept, is the culmination of nearly twenty years of self-discovery through writing.Existential ramp, personal achievement... Le Roi des ruines is the album of a traveler turned sedentary. The invitation is that of an inner journey.Eight tracks tending toward infinity where blues-rock, injected by the band La Danse du Chien, transversal forays by Samuel Cajal (Ex 3mn sur mer), melodies by Lisa Portelli (Dans la Rocaille is also on her album La Nébuleuse), rhythms by MaekiMaii (the peplum La Fabuleuse Histoire de Judas Iscariote appears on the album Du Crack dans le Danube by the Swiss rapper) or Olé, another epiphanic peplum freely inspired and in homage to Olé by John Coltrane, face off. Bertrand Louis, the faithful traveling companion, handles musical direction (and some compositions) to find the medium from which a rebirth emerges, delivered from its opposites, like a cry nestled in the hollow of a whisper."Le roi des ruines" is an archetypal figure. You find all types: artists, researchers, explorers (Michel Vieuchange), warriors, lovers, madmen, visionaries of all kinds...They all share the pursuit of an idea as one pursues the horizon, that is, in vain and forever. But through an internal tension, by pursuing this pretext, this illusion, they end up reaching an inner horizon and in a certain way manage to see the other side of themselves. This vision can destroy and/or transform them, but if on one level their life seems a failure, on another it is an accomplishment. This record does not tell this experience and this transformation... It is the tool."Alchemist of the word" HEXAGONE"Staggering" FREDERIC TADDEI "forbidden to forbid"
