Massive addictive

Description

Amaranthe’s third album, the sextet from Gothenburg, recorded at Hansen Studios in Ribe, Denmark, Massive Addictive is produced by Jacob Hansen (Volbeat, Epica, etc.). This new release further defines the band’s musical and vocal signature. A hallmark in which the melodies distilled by Olof Mörck’s guitars and keyboards are often synonymous with heavenly choruses and massive riffs. This record also sees the arrival of a third vocalist: Henrik Englund Wilhelmsson, whose “screams” blend almost magically with the mesmerizing female harmonies of Elize Ryd and the “clean,” powerful vocals of Jake E.
