Nu comme la vérité - Où vont les chevaux quand ils dorment

Description

Allain Leprest left us on August 15, 2011: he leaves behind writing unlike any other, a magnificent discography, and an uncompromising poetic commitment. DVD: Nu comme la vérité: A few months before his passing, for the first time there was a major filmed interview lasting more than two hours between Allain Leprest and Jean Louis Foulquier. Allain opened up like never before. JEAN-LOUIS FOULQUIER has always defended ALLAIN LEPREST.. Whether on Pollen or at the Francofolies, he never stopped believing in LEPREST and making him known; he is even one of the main architects of his renown. Jean-Louis Foulquier appeared as the only interlocutor who knew Allain, the only one able to let him push him to his limits so that he would appear as he was: Nu comme la vérité. This exceptional documentary is finally available with KENT, ALEXIS HK, LOIC LANTOINE, CLAUDE LESMESLE. CD: 23 tracks by ALLAIN LEPREST carried with the greatest emotion by the friends and loyal supporters that are ROMAIN DIDIER, YVES JAMAIT and JEAN GUIDONI. Whether it is Romain, Yves or Jean, each brings a different and complementary взгляд on Allain’s highly poetic world. 1h20 of absolute happiness. Created in September 2012 at the Théâtre Antoine Vitez in Ivry, Où vont les chevaux quand ils dorment was performed at the Festivals Alors Chante (Montauban), Paroles et musiques (St Etienne) and at the Francofolies de La Rochelle. Each time it was a triumph. This show is the testimony of a passing of the torch, from the artist Allain Leprest to the other artists: Romain Didier, Yves Jamait and Jean Guidoni, and once again demonstrates that Allain Leprest’s songs are universal and... incomparable. Claude Lemesle’s text (taken from the latter’s speech at Allain’s funeral), spoken by children, tells as a common thread the journey from childhood to the end of his life of this artist. Whether it is Romain, Yves or Jean, each brings a different and complementary взгляд on Allain’s highly poetic and at the same time highly popular world.
