Alberto Zedda

Rossini!

Description

On could recently see her again on Arte, during the last Fête de la Musique, where she sang Verdi's La Traviata. Critics are unanimous about the exceptional beauty of her voice, her stage presence, and the freshness of her style. She offers us for the first time on record a program entirely dedicated to Rossini; it is an opportunity to rediscover the agility of her vocal technique and the pure beauty of one of the most beautiful soprano voices of today. She finds with the Bologna Municipal Orchestra and its conductor Alberto Zedda, two ideal partners for this type of repertoire.
