Moon safari

Description

Formed in the mid-90s, the Versailles duo would leave an indelible mark on the French music scene. One year after the very discreet release of their Premiers Symptômes, in 1997, Moon Safari came out and very quickly propelled the two musicians to the top of the charts, and helped extend the reach of this new French scene beyond France. Very inspired by their illustrious elders, Nicolas and Jean-Benoît would dust off pop by incorporating the use of keyboards and combining it with electronics, in the vein of a Jacno or a Mirwais with Taxi Girl. Sexy Boy, All I Need and Kelly Watch the Stars would be the flagships of this album. Excerpt from the guide "La Discothèque idéale Fnac" 2016
