Description
"New Wave" was Against Me!'s first album on Sire Records. Produced by Butch Vig (producer of Nirvana's Nevermind, which went diamond). The album reached number 9 on Rolling Stone's list of the 50 best albums of 2007. The singles from this album are "White People For Peace" and "Trash Unreal." Against Me! built their sound in reaction to guitar rock with big choruses, and this track, "New Wave," is almost exactly that: a big jangly chorus, with vague topical vocal overdubs throughout the verses.Buy New Wave at the best price
