Chasing

Description

Chasing is Ady Suleiman’s second album, following Memories and the mixtape Thoughts & Moments Vol. 1 – two projects that firmly established his place in the world of R&B. The result of an intercontinental collaboration, this album was written, recorded and mastered between London and Zanzibar, where he took the opportunity to reconnect with his family roots. Chasing is an introspective and personal work, a true labor of love, offering an authentic blend of R&B, neo-soul and reggae, enhanced with a touch of jazz. Chasing is a bright and sunny album, melodic and rich, while being deeply comforting. Ady opens his heart to the listener, without ever slipping into pathos or melodrama. His break has in no way harmed his musical talent; on the contrary, it has allowed his voice to gain depth and maturity, and has even elevated his work. He has unquestionably re-entered the R&B landscape with disarming ease.
