(Re)belle - ÉDITION (RE)BELLE Vinyle Jaune

Description

RE)BELLE, the new album by Adèle Castillon ! Available in 3 editions: each includes an exclusive unreleased track !
Adèle Castillon, 24 years old, is « (re)belle . Title of this album, a play on words about her state of permanent insurrection and self-acceptance - meaning her physical and mental integrity - regained. A return to calm then, for the generational singer who continues her rise in the world of pop. An adventure begun at seventeen with the cult electro-pop duo Vidéoclub, and immense international success. Continued solo with a first album praised by critics, « Plaisir risque dépendance », then a mixtape, « Crèvecoeur », dozens of concerts and this second album announcing two Zénith shows in February 2027. What is instantly appealing in these twelve bedroom pop tracks with deceptively childlike melodies is the raw honesty of the lyrics written by Adèle Castillon, worthy of the British insolence of Lily Allen or the irony dipped in silk of Billie Eilish. More than a phoenix, Adèle, in the midst of rebuilding herself, sees herself rather as a puzzle. A shattered puzzle whose pieces had to be patiently repaired, then put back together. And « (Re)belle » precisely stages these multiple facets of the artist. Because yes, one can be rebellious and serene, rebellious and clear-sighted, rebellious and in love, rebellious and heartbreaking, rebellious and (re)belle. Better than an album, a rebirth, a revolution, a rediscovery, a remission, because, for Adèle Castillon, joy is (also) a combat sport.
