"Adam Green's 11th and final solo album, « That Fucking Feeling », continues his musical explorations with his longtime collaborators Loren Humphrey, James Richardson (MGMT), and Jesse Kotansky. The album fully plays with the alternation between these songs, almost unusually ambitious, and simple but beautiful intimate moments, simply performed solo on acoustic guitar.
Speaking about the title track, Adam says: « I wanted to put out something recorded at home. Back in the Moldy Peaches days, I recorded everything on my parents' kitchen table, but it's been 20 years since I've put out something like that. I wrote a few songs in quarantine singing on my laptop, and I love how direct it feels. Not every song has to be big, it's just a little song that felt like a sweet moment captured. I consider myself a singer, that's maybe how I'm most comfortable in life. »"
