Released in 2012, In2ition is the second studio album by the Croatian cello duo 2Cellos. The album was a great success, reaching the top of the charts in Croatia and Japan. In2ition is produced by the legendary rock producer Bob Ezrin, known for his work with Pink Floyd, Alice Cooper, and Kiss. It features reinventions of popular songs from all genres, including "We Found Love" (Rihanna), "Highway to Hell" (AC/DC), "Bang Bang" (Sonny & Cher), and "Orient Express" (Jean Michel Jarre). The guest appearances on this album are just as eclectic as the choice of material. Virtuoso guitarist Steve Vai, world-renowned pianist Lang Lang, Glee star Naya Rivera, composer Karl Jenkins, Italian singer Zucchero, and the legendary Elton John all lend their talents. Elton John, a vocal supporter of the duo, even invited them to open for him during his summer tour in 2011. In2ition is a powerful and genre-defying musical album, where classical technique meets the passion of rock.
