After OK Cowboy (2005), which sold more than 30,000 copies, VITALIC returns with force and intuition, rage and finesse, maturity and innovation. Flashmob will be the electro album of the year, or it won’t be at all! Flashmob is not only an evolution in VITALIC’s sonic universe, but a giant leap in the rather saturated field of contemporary electronic music. Considered one of the precursors of these modern sounds now so widespread today — ultra-heavy, compressed beats, epic and cosmic melodies and rhythms (having influenced both JUSTICE, YUKSEK, 2MANYDJ'S, BRODINSKY and the entire Ed Banger team), VITALIC confirms with Flashmob a total and cross-cutting assimilation of diverse influences (techno, italo-disco.), which allows him to short-circuit and stay ahead of all his cousins from the french-touch. Imperial and unstoppable!
