While the third single from the album, “Just One Life Time,” is currently featured in the latest Fiat campaign and in the Top 20 on iTunes, Sting is preparing to release a new project: My Songs. On December 31, 2018, Sting was a guest on Time Square NY Eve, an American TV show. At midnight, he performed one of his older tracks, “Brand New Day,” re-recorded and arranged as if he had had to release it in 2018. Following the performance, the track was released on digital platforms. Sting found the exercise interesting (revisiting his song catalog) and decided to release an entire album on the same theme. This new album, My Songs, will feature 15 of his favorite tracks, as a solo artist, as well as those from his time with The Police. The album will be released on May 24 and will be accompanied by a tour including a sold-out Paris date (28/05 at La Seine Musicale) and a series of festivals through the end of summer.
