"Born A King" showcases the legendary Jamaican artist Sizzla at the peak of his musical and lyrical abilities, balancing traditional roots reggae, dancehall, and hip-hop with futuristic sounds and production. Focusing all his energy on positive, spiritual, and committed lyrics, Sizzla combines his unique sense of melody and voice with the most ambitious productions of his repertoire. The Australian reggae and hip-hop producer Mista Savona (Muti Music) has stacked the odds in his favor. He has managed to combine his talent for sampling, compositions, and the presence of a ten-piece band in the studio to deliver this dazzling selection of 15 tracks. His duets with Errol Dunkley and Alton Ellis are spectacular.
Could this perhaps be Sizzla's best album?
