The young German cellist Raphaela Gromes celebrates the 200th anniversary of Jacques Offenbach alongside pianist Julian Riem with an album of rare piano and cello pieces, and featuring the virtuosic Tarantelle, written in 1848 and never recorded until now. It also includes the famous Barcarolle from the Tales of Hoffmann, in a new arrangement for cello and piano.
