After a busy year (release of their latest album "Relatives In Descent" on 09/29/2017, tour in France, Europe, and the United States), the post-punk quartet, Protomartyr, releases their new EP "Consolation," featuring the distinctive voice of Kelley Deal (The Breeders) on two tracks as well as Lori Goldston (former live cellist for Nirvana).
The maxi captures the full scope of the band and serves as the perfect complement to the album.
"So many reasons to reaffirm the absolute necessity of continuing to listen to Protomartyr" Les Inrocks
"A poignant and ambitious band that still draws the best from invincible rock instrumentals" Tsugi
"A perfect mixture of The Fall, The Clash, The Stranglers, Wire, and Bauhaus." Noise
