Marc André is an artist of his time who already enjoys a very strong reputation on social media, making his instrument shine far beyond traditional circles. A sensitive and talented musician, he is one of the rare performers to have chosen the double bass as a solo instrument, bringing it out of the orchestra ranks to place it in the spotlight. For this first album "Mirage", he has chosen an eclectic program spanning eras and styles: from famous melodies by Gluck to Piazzolla, via Tchaikovsky or Debussy. This repertoire unfolds the full expressive range of the double bass in arrangements for piano, with the participation of guitarist Gabriel Bianco.
