30 years… So it has been thirty years since Lofofora has been spreading, creating, and experimenting with this blend of metal-punk infused with groove and consciousness. Since its inception, Lofofora has spoken to our rock bellies and our civic souls. For thirty years, they have been taking down one by one the absurdities of this era and the absurdities of a world in which they maintain the course of the alternative. Three decades of resistance, which are as much about musical vocation as they are about ideological certainty. A true phoenix of rage, Lofofora persists and signs for what should be considered a calling, a mission: to uphold the idea that art – and music foremost – is, and must remain, the mirror of a world and its societies.
