Musical credit at the highest level, regular concert presence, artist used as a standard-bearer of global classical music, Lang Lang is one of the very few classical artists invited everywhere for promotion... There is certainly his participation in the opening ceremonies of the Olympics, or other global events with billions in audience, but Lang Lang is also and above all the artist chosen to inaugurate the new great hall of the Philharmonie de Paris in January 2015... So the debate of true artist or marketing product, musician or just good technician, cultured enough or not to play classical... All of this is swept away by the evidence of an artist at the peak of his art, generous, who has a true sincere desire to speak classical to the greatest number (including young people), and does not trivialize either the music or his playing. "Piano Maestro," the ideal album for those who want to dare the Lang Lang adventure. A musically relevant and humanly friendly portrait, for everyone!
