Two years after a first acclaimed album, the 100% female trio GRANDMA'S ASHES returns with BRUXISM, a second album with New Wave and Grunge sounds, driven by the need to carry an angry and committed voice ever higher. Produced with Canadian Jesse Gander (Brutus), BRUXISM retains the band’s Alternative Goth Rock identity while evolving toward more direct tracks, designed for live performance. The lyrics, meanwhile, sound a real alarm by addressing very current themes such as mental health and loneliness, which are affecting our society more and more. With BRUXISM, GRANDMA'S ASHES takes a step forward and establishes itself as a Grunge and Gothic version of the immense Kate Bush.
