Released in 1965, "Aline" remains a timeless, ageless hit that propelled Christophe into the spotlight. This album contains known and hidden treasures, encompassing all his hits from the sixties. The eleven tracks swing between slow ballads and pre-psychedelic yéyé flashes. In addition to the essentials "Aline" and "Les Marionnettes", and the sardonic "Excusez-moi, Monsieur le professeur" (lyrics by Jean-Jacques Debout), you can enjoy lesser-known tracks like "J'ai eu tort", "Noël" or "Je suis parti".
